Students from our Division Schools are involved in the Career and Work Exploration Program.

We are fortunate to offer this unique class to our students.  It would not be possible without the support of our community businesses.  Thank you to the local business people who are contributing to this year's program and to business people who have supported us in the past.  You are providing our students with a valuable learning experience and are helping to bridge the distance between school and work.

The course involves 25 hours of "in-class" theory and 75 hours of "real-work" experience.  Students benefit by learning positive workplace skills which will serve them well in their future endeavors.  Community businesses benefit by being able to contribute to the growth of a student and by staying in touch with the future workers of tomorrow.

Students are currently out in placements...watch for them around your community!

Some of our CWEX students have landed part-time summer jobs based on their positive work ethic and exceptional workplace skills.
